Contract
Absence of a binding contract gives you complete freedom of action in your immigration process.
When an obligatory and permanent retainer is signed between the representing company and its client, both the firm and the client become entrapped in the contract. The client’s trap is his/her difficulty in rejecting the services of the company after the process has already began. This is due to the fact that only a fraction of immigration fees is paid upfront and the client remains the company’s debtor well into the process. Meanwhile, having signed the retainer, the company often does not fully disclose information relevant to the case or delays forwarding documentation to the client until the next installment is received.
