Hi, I am the first person on this topic. Cool! I personally, hired consultant for immigration to Canada. No complaints. He was good, smart, helpfull and everything. However, this website arguments sound reasonable too. In my opinion, problems with lawyers and consultants are that you have to find a good one and they charge money for the service.

I did it myself.
I didn't want to pay $3,500 to lawyer. It was few years back in Israel.
I had sonme problems with understanding a requirements, it slow process down a bit. If I had access to web like that it would really be helpful.
